Through the film, Rensha weaves the character's mood, anger, passion and disappointment into dance, and this time she told the story in the setting of Kathmandu and Dharan. The main character of the film, Jackie Babu, leaves to become a Lahure and enters Kathmandu with the ambition to become a successful dancer. He must win the championship to fulfill his dream of becoming a dancer. Was he successful in his battle with his family and himself? A record number of climbers are attempting to scale the highest mountain in the world- - this spring. According to the Department of Tourism, a total of 466 climbers from 43 groups have obtained permit. Among them 98 are female and remaining 368 are male, said the Department. Climbers eyeing to scale Everest or Sagarmatha this season are from 65 different countries including Nepal as per the statistics of the Department. From Nepal, 15 climbers have received the permit. Similarly, 96 climbers from China have got the permit followed by 89 from the USA and 40 from India. Likewise, 33 from Hungary have acquired the permit, 21 from Canada, 18 from Russia and 15 from the UK among others. Former President of Nepal Mountaineering Association, Ang Tshering Sherpa, opined that the number of climbers obtaining permit from Nepal might have increased considerably as climbing from Tibet side (northeast ridge route) is not permitted since COVID-19 pandemic. It has been 70 years since human first set their feet at the top of the Mt Everest. Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Edmund Hillary had successfully reached atop the Everest on May 20, 1953. Since then, around 7,000 national and international climbers have successfully climbed the 8,848.86 metres mountain while over 300 have lost their lives attempting it till date, according to the Department. In 2022, 323 climbers from 44 groups had obtained permission for Everest expedition, informed Bigyan Koirala, Officer at the Mountaineering Section of the Department.

Ahead of Arabian travel-market-2023">Travel Market 2023, the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), has announced new performance targets for Abu Dhabi, which include plans to attract more than 24 million visitors to the emirate by the end of 2023. Saood Abdulaziz Al Hosani, Undersecretary at DCT Abu Dhabi, affirmed the start of an ambitious new chapter for the emirate's tourism sector. The new targets follow a surge in Abu Dhabi's tourism sector in 2022, with hotel occupancy rates and other metrics demonstrating that the sector's revival is well underway. The emirate received a total of 18 million visitors representing a 13 per cent increase from the previous year, while the hotel occupancy rates reached 70 per cent, which surpasses the Middle East average of 67 per cent. The emirate welcomed visitors from around the world, with the highest number of international visitors arriving from India, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, respectively. The improved domestic and international market performance can be attributed to increased destination awareness and consideration of Abu Dhabi's increased range of year-round entertainment and sporting events, as well as trade events and roadshows.
