Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute to maintaining a healthy weight, regulating the digestive system, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system. In the present era, the people are too busy that they don’t have time to do exercise which means that they are becaming ill from the inside. Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life. Exercise help you to get out the sweat which also throw all the unnecessary dust particles from inside the body. Exercise also help u to bring your body in shape . As we can see nowdays many people have big belly because of not doing exercise which make them lazy and ill also. People should thing that the exercise is for them and do exercise at least 1 hrs a day. After doing exercise they must take the bath which make them feel the new energy flowing from the inside. There are many place to do exercise as Gym, playing football,badminton,volleyball,basketball, and more on. The running and swimming is the best way to do exercise by which each part involve in the exercise.
