Pokhara’s Eco Spiritual Ashram is promoting spiritual travel.

Every day, “Surya Namaskar” yoga starts between 6:00 and 7:00 am. A tea break is scheduled for every hour in between. Preaching is given by Yogi Vikashananda from 8:00 to 10:00.
